Refund policy

Food items are not returnable.  Some food items are very fragile and don't do well in shipping.  Please ask if you're worried or if you are ordering gifts.  Non-food items are returnable for 30 days if you aren't satisfied.  There is a 20% restocking fee, and you are responsible for shipping costs to ship items back.
